The 2011 Philharmonic Concert “Salute to the Armed Forces of the USA” is presented by the Islip Arts Council in honor of the best in America… our Long Island men and women heroes who are veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan. We are honored to announce that the net proceeds from the Philharmonic Concert Salute will provide grant awards to a number of deserving Long Island non-profi t organizations that can provide services that our returning veterans may require. Your generous support of the Salute and the Sponsorship Opportunities are deeply appreciated.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Armed Forces Salute Circle: $25,000

• Sponsor’s Concert Stage introduction and appearance to receive acknowledgement.
• Sponsor’s Name and Logo-type displayed on all paid newspaper advertising and cable TV at the highest level.
• Recognition to appear in the Concert Program and Outdoor Signage at the premier level.
• Attend the Pre-Concert Backstage Picnic. Includes 10 pairs of tickets, and reserved VIP table seating.
• Premier escort VIP Concert Seating for 20 guests and special location VIP Parking.
• Attend Post-Concert Reception as VIP guests.
• Premier recognition on the Limited Edition, “Salute to the Armed Forces of the USA” Concert Poster.

Top Brass Salute Circle: $10,000
• Sponsor’s Name and Logo-type displayed on all paid newspaper advertising and cable TV.
• Acknowledgement of Sponsorship from the Concert Stage.
• Recognition to appear in the Concert Program and Outdoor Signage.
• Attend the Pre-Concert Backstage Picnic. Includes 5 pairs of tickets, and reserved VIP table seating.
• VIP special escort Concert Seating for 10 guests and special location VIP Parking.
• Attend Post-Concert Reception as VIP guests.
• Special recognition in the Limited Edition, “Salute to the Armed Forces of the USA” Concert Poster.

Concert Master Salute Circle: $5,000
• Sponsor’s Name and Logo-type displayed on all paid newspaper advertising and cable TV.
• Recognition to appear in the Concert Program and Outdoor Signage.
• Attend Pre-Concert Backstage Picnic. Includes 3 pairs of tickets and reserved VIP table seating.
• VIP Concert Seating for 6 guests and VIP parking.
• Attend Post-Concert Reception as VIP guests.
• Recognition in the Limited Edition, “Salute to the Armed Forces of the USA” Concert Poster.  

American Flag Salute Circle: $2,500
• Sponsor’s Name and Logo-type displayed on all paid newspaper advertising and cable TV.
• Recognition to appear in the Concert Program.
• Attend the Pre-Concert Backstage Picnic. Includes 2 pairs of tickets.
• VIP Concert Seating and VIP parking for 4 guests.
• Attend Post-Concert Reception
• Recognition on the Limited Edition, “Salute to the Armed Forces of the USA” Concert Poster.

Veterans Salute Circle: $1,000
• Sponsor’s Name will be listed in the Concert Program.
• Attend the Pre-Concert Backstage Picnic. Includes 1 pair of tickets.
• VIP Concert Seating and VIP parking for 2 guests.
• Attend Post-Concert Reception.

Patriot Salute Circle: $500
• Sponsor’s Name will be listed in the Concert Program.
• Concert VIP Seating for 2 guests and VIP parking.
• Attend Post-Concert Reception.

Champion Salute Circle: $350
• Sponsor’s Name will be listed in the Concert Program.
• VIP Concert Seating for 2 guests.   

Angel Salute Circle: $200
Sponsor’s Name will be listed in the Concert Program.
